Emotional and Spiritual Renewal is a method of using qigong meditation to clear emotional and spiritual blockages from your physical and energetic system. These blockages have often been with us for a long time. Sometimes we even begin to believe that they define us. They become our limits to progress in life, the roadblocks on our spiritual journey.
